Let's go outside! Discover the new outdoor collection

Listen to this story

The good weather has finally arrived! Are you all set to enjoy the summer season in the fresh air? Whether you have a large terrace or a smaller space, you still deserve to create an inspiring relaxation corner using, of course, furniture that is as natural and eco-friendly as possible. That’s exactly what the pieces in our new outdoor collection bring you: sustainable and handcrafted.

At Hannun we do everything with the purpose of building a cleaner future. The furniture in the outdoor collection uses elements such as reclaimed wood from Northern Europe, wicker craftsmanship and textiles made from recycled post-consumer denim.

ALL OUTDOOR PRODUCTS

From Dutch scaffolding to your garden

Several pieces are made of solid Nordic fir. It is given this name because it is used in construction for scaffolding in the Netherlands. When the scaffolding has to be replaced, the wood is recovered to make outdoor furniture.

Due to its origin, it is a very resistant wood with an aged and worn finish, which may vary slightly from one model to another. In addition, all pieces are treated with a water-based, toxic-free varnish.

Wicker furniture

Wicker furniture has a very relaxing aesthetic that instantly transports us to a cottage by the sea.

Mercedes and her team have created this beautiful wicker set at their workshop in Villoruela (Salamanca). As it is made of an organic material extracted from nature, it is a very resistant and durable fibre that does not deteriorate in the sun, perfect for your garden!

Postconsumer denim

At Núria and Montse's social workshop in Barcelona, where only women at risk of social exclusion work, comes this groundbreaking line of outdoor textiles made from post-consumer denim.

Handmade, this line is committed to upcycling; to give a second life to textiles that were destined to become waste. What do you think of our Edwin Hammock?
