Els acabats de fusta que tenim a Hannun són els següents:

Si tot i així dubtes del color, també pots comprar el pack de mostra amb tots els acabats de Hannun.

Si compres la paleta d'acabats Hannun, se't podrà descomptar del total de la teva compra el cost de la paleta, si fas una comanda superior a 250€. Per poder aplicar la reducció de l'import de la paleta, rebràs un correu electrònic amb un codi que podràs utilitzar quan facis la comanda.

Acabat fusta recuperada

Aquesta col·lecció inclou mobles fets a mà amb fusta que ha passat per un procés de recuperació, és a dir, que ha estat tractada per donar-li una segona oportunitat. En aquesta col·lecció no és possible escollir un color específic.

What is Hannun's finish palette?

The wood finishes we have at Hannun can vary depending on the craftsman or craftswoman who creates them, which is why we have several different finish palettes available.

Our traditional finish palette includes the following tones:

If you're still unsure about the color, you can also purchase the sample pack that contains all of Hannun's finishes. If you buy the Hannun finish palette, the cost of the palette can be deducted from the total of your next purchase, but only if you place an order exceeding 250€. To apply the palette amount reduction, you'll receive an email with a code that you can use when placing your order.

Keep in mind that our products are created by different artisans who apply color using their own techniques and work with woods from different origins. Additionally, wood is a living material that can absorb varnish in different ways depending on its moisture content, base color, storage conditions, etc. That's why the finish of our products may vary slightly from each other, even if you've chosen the same tone. This is something that demonstrates the artisanal nature of your product and will make it unique, different from the rest!

Tingues en compte que els pots gaudir individualment, ja que els descomptes no són acumulables amb altres promocions o cupons. N’hi ha que tenen data de caducitat, tingues-ho en compte quan rebis el correu de codi de descompte.

Termini de producció

Les nostres peces són fetes artesanalment. Cada peça és única, cada peça es fa des de zero. El termini de producció varia segons el producte.

El temps estàndard de producció dels nostres mobles és de 10-15 dies hàbils. Algunes de les nostres peces poden requerir un temps de producció més minuciós de 20-25 dies hàbils. Si hi ha estoc, no cal un temps de producció i el producte s'enviarà el següent dia hàbil des que es fa la comanda.

Al moment de realitzar la compra, et sortirà el temps aproximat de lliurament de cada producte, en el qual es considera el temps de producció i el temps d'enviament. Aquesta data et servirà com a referència per saber si la teva comanda està funcionant amb normalitat.

Per a poder fer el seguiment de la teva comanda i saber en quin estat es troba, hauràs d'anar al correu de confirmació de la comanda. Només has de fer clic en el botó “Estat de la comanda”.

Canvis

Només es podran fer canvis en el cas que sigui per una article amb el mateix preu; com per exemple un canvi de color. En el cas que el preu de l'article pel qual el vols canviar sigui diferent, gestionarem la devolució i tu mateix podràs fer una nova comanda amb l'article desitjat.

Do you offer discounts on your products?

Yes! Discounts are great for getting that Hannun furniture you love. Keep in mind that discounts are applied individually; they cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons. Some discounts have an expiration date, so pay attention to the terms of use for the discount

To apply a discount code, you must enter it when placing your order, as it cannot be applied after payment. Remember that codes will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.

Modification of the order

Change of delivery address

If you want to change the delivery address of your order, simply fill in the contact form with the request reason "Change of address" indicating your order number and the new address.

This is only possible if your order is in production.

Change delivery date

If you want the delivery date of your order to be later than the date indicated in your confirmation email, you can fill in the contact form with the subject "Postpone delivery date" indicating your order number and the new date.

This will only be possible if your order is in production.

Keep in mind that this date will be the one on which we create the shipping label to send it out from Hannun, it is not the delivery date.

This is given by the logistics company based on volume, routes and its internal organization, and from Hannun we can never guarantee a specific delivery date.

Cancel order

The order, or part of it, can be canceled only if the shipping label has not been created. You can request this by filling in the contact form, with the request subject "I want to cancel my order that has not been shipped" indicating your order number.

If the order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will have to wait until you receive it and process the return through the return form.

What are the return conditions?

If you received your item with any issues, you have 48 hours to notify us so we can offer you a solution according to the damage (click here for more information).

You have 14 calendar days from the time you receive the product to return it if it is in perfect condition and you have the original packaging or one that adequately protects the product. If your product was delivered on a pallet, the pickup must be done in the same way. Please do not dispose of the pallet until you are sure you will keep the product and have it installed.

For microcement products from the Marlot Baus collection, the original packaging is mandatory.

Please note that if the reason for the return is that the product does not meet your expectations, you will have to bear the return shipping costs. These will be calculated based on the price of the product and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Check the details in section 6.3 'Return Costs' in our terms and conditions.

To finalize your return process, we will arrange the pickup with REVER, who will contact you to inform you of the next steps and proceed with the appropriate refund. Don’t forget to provide us with your IBAN number to receive the refund transfer.

How long does it take to produce my order?

At Hannun, we take pride in creating unique, handcrafted pieces for each of our customers. Because each piece is made from scratch with great attention to detail, production lead times may vary depending on the product selected.

Production time for our furniture typically ranges from 10 to 15 working days. However, some products require a more thorough manufacturing process, which can extend the production time to 20-25 business days.

You will find the estimated delivery date just below the "Add to my cart" button for each product, and also in the order summary before completing the purchase.

What is the process for my order?

When tracking your order, you'll find that it goes through several phases:

1. In production at the artisan's workshop: Your order is being carefully crafted by our artisans.

2. Packaging: Once production is complete, your order will be packaged to ensure its protection during transport.

3. Picked up by the shipping company: Once ready for shipment, your order will be awaiting pickup by the shipping company responsible for delivering it to your address.

4. Shipping: Finally, your order will be shipped to the address provided during the purchase, and you can track the shipment using the tracking link provided by the shipping company or in the link that appears in your HANNUN account.

Canvi de la direcció d’entrega

Si vols canviar l'adreça de lliurament de la teva comanda has d’omplir el formulari de contacte amb el motiu de sol·licitud “Canvi d'adreça” indicant el teu número de comanda i la nova adreça.

Això només serà possible en el cas que la teva comanda segueixi en producció.

Modificar data de lliurament

Si vols que la data de lliurament de la teva comanda sigui posterior a la indicada en el email de confirmació, hauràs d’omplir el formulari de contacte amb el motiu “Aplaçar data de lliurament” indicant el teu número de comanda i la nova data a partir de la qual rebre-la.

Això només serà possible en el cas que la teva comanda segueixi en producció.

Tingues en compte que en aquesta data serà en la que creem l'etiqueta d'enviament per donar-li sortida desde Hannun, no és la data de lliurement.

Aquesta ve donada per l'empresa logística en funció del volum, rutes i organització interna, i desde Hannun mai podem assegurar una data concreta de lliurement.

Cancel·lar demanat

La comanda pot ser cancel·lat sol en el cas que l'etiqueta d'enviament no hagi estat creada i que la comanda no hagi estat enviat. Pots sol·licitar-ho emplenant el formulari de contacte, amb l'assumpte de sol·licitud “Vull cancel·lar la meva comanda que no ha estat enviat” indicant el teu número de comanda.

Si la comanda ja ha estat enviat i vols cancel·lar-lo, hauràs d'esperar a rebre'l i tramitar la devolució a través del formulari de devolució.

Termini d'enviament

Nacional

Un cop la comanda sigui recollida per l'empresa de transport, el temps d'enviament és de 2-3 dies hàbils per als articles categoritzats com a paqueteria*.

Per a mercaderia categoritzada com a voluminosa*, l'enviament pot trigar una mica més, entre 5-7 dies hàbils.

Internacional

Per a enviament internacionals, el temps estimat desde que un article de paqueteria és recollit és de 4-5 dies hàbils.

Per a productes voluminosos l'enviament pot ser entre 5-10 dies hàbils.

*Paqueteria: articles que tenen un pes inferior a 40kg o que les seves mesures (pes volumètric) són inferiors a 305cm a Espanya i Portugal, i a 300cm per a la resta de països, excepte per a enviament a França, que han de ser inferiors a 250cm.

*Voluminosos: tot el que és superior a les mesures i pes volumètric del que es considera paqueteria definit anteriorment.

Devolucions

Sabem que hi ha vegades que les coses no surten com ens agradaria i, per algun motiu, has de retornar la teva comanda. Per a poder gestionar qualsevol canvi és estrictament necessari complir amb els següents casos:

Producte no compleix expectatives

Des del moment del lliurament de la comanda, en cas que l'article rebut no compleixi amb les teves expectatives, tens 14 dies naturals per a notificarnos i poder realitzar qualsevol devolució o reposició. Passat aquest temps, no serà possible retornar o reposar la teva comanda.

Producte ha arribat defectuós

Si has rebut el producte defectuós tens 48 hores des que el reps per a informar de la incidència del producte, ja sigui per motius de defectes de producció o trencament en transport. No s'accepten canvis o devolucions si el producte ha estat manipulat, ni fora del termini d'avís.

Procés de devolució

És necessari emplenar el formulari i seguir els passos indicats.

Per a processar qualsevol incidència, serà indispensable adjuntar fotografies tant de l'estat del producte, com també del producte una vegada embalat. Quan rebem el formulari, procedirem a gestionar la incidència i t'informarem dels passos a seguir.

Procés de recollida

En cas de devolució o reposició de productes que han arribat defectuosos, Hannun es farà càrrec de la recollida. És necessari seguir les indicacions en el formulari i els passos posteriors que t'informarem.

Les devolucions o reposicions el motiu de les quals és aliè a Hannun, és a dir que en el cas que el producte no compleixi amb les expectatives del client, les devolucions tenen un cost derivat de la recollida. En aquest cas, oferim el servei de recollida però s'hauran de cobrir les despeses de devolució per part del client, els quals es calculen en funció del pes volumètric del producte a retornar i del país en el qual es recollirà. En aquest enllaç pots informar-te sobre la taula de pesos i preus.

En aquest mateix cas de desistiment del producte per motius del client, també existeix l'opció d'enviar el paquet pels teus propis mitjans. Si prefereixes aquesta opció deus, igualment, notificar-nos i emplenar el formulari. Si tries aquesta modalitat de gestió independent, assumiràs íntegra i exclusivament les despeses de devolució dels productes.

En qualsevol de les dues modalitats del procés de recollida, hauràs d'indicar en el paquet l'etiqueta de devolució que et facilitarem una vegada processada la incidència.

És imprescindible que retornis el producte en el seu embalatge original o un altre embalatge que garanteixi una màxima protecció del producte, incloent tots els accessoris.

How to make exchanges and returns?

REVER is our platform for managing exchanges and returns. You will be guided through a series of questions and can choose the solution that best suits you, always providing the required documentation at each step.

You will have options for returns in the form of store credit, refunds, or product replacements. Remember that once you choose an option and we process it, this decision will be final, and we will not be able to modify it in the future.

You will need to access the portal and enter your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase, and select the appropriate options. Please share photos of the product and the original packaging, along with a brief description of the issue.

After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email from REVER. This simply indicates that your request has been successfully completed.

During the following 48 working hours, our Customer Care team will review your request, and we will inform you whether it has been validated or rejected, and we will provide the reasons if necessary.

Do you have products available in stock?

Our top sellers are usually available in stock. If the selected product is in stock, you won't have to wait for the production time mentioned earlier. In this case, the product will be shipped within 48h after the order is placed.

What is the finish like on reclaimed wood?

This collection consists of handmade furniture crafted from wood that has undergone a recovery process, meaning it has been treated to give it a second chance. In this collection, it's not possible to choose a specific color. The product you will receive is unique, and the finish will not be exactly the same as the one in the photo. We provide some examplesfor you to get an idea of the possible finishes.

What should I do if my product is damaged or incomplete?

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, whether due to manufacturing defects or damage during transport.

If, upon receiving the product, you can clearly see that it has suffered damage or the packaging is in poor condition, it is essential that this is noted on the delivery receipt, especially for bulky items such as sofas or microcement tables.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been handled or if the notice is given after the indicated period.

Remember that it is necessary to keep the original packaging or one that ensures maximum protection, including the pallet if your item was delivered on one.

Through our claims form, you can choose the solution that best suits your case. Don’t worry—Hannun will handle the return of defective products if necessary. We work with REVER, who will contact you to coordinate the collection. If the return involves a refund, we will need your IBAN number (we’ll ask for it when processing the claim).

How do I know when I will receive my order?

Can I modify my order?

If you wish to make a change to your order while it continues in production, please contact us through our contact form indicating the subject “Modify my order” and providing us with all the information necessary to make the change (order number, what is the item you want to modify and why another item).

For item changes that involve a price difference, management may be more complex. Our Customer Care team will confirm if it can be easily managed internally or if it is more convenient to cancel and refund the item and purchase it again.

Please note that we can manage the change as long as the item shipment has not been created.

No m'han arribat tots els productes

No et preocupis és normal i arribarà en els pròxims dies.

Quan una comanda es compon de diversos articles, es van enviant a mesura que estan llestos, sense necessitat d'esperar a la resta de productes a causa de diverses raons. En treballar amb diferents artesans, els articles s'envien des de destins diferents. També pot succeir que depenent del pes o mesures dels productes l'empresa de transport pot organitzar més d'un lliurament, normalment l'endemà.

Pots veure en el teu email de confirmació de la comanda que cada producte té un temps estimat de lliurament, segons el seu temps de producció i enviament estimat.

Reemborsament

Un cop rebut el producte al nostre magatzem i verificat que tot està correcte, gestionarem el reemborsament. En el moment que es doni l'ordre de reemborsament a la plataforma de pagament, rebràs un correu electrònic de confirmació de la devolució de l'import, i trigarà de 2-8 dies hàbils a fer-se efectiu depenent de l'entitat bancària.

Mètodes d'enviament

Servei estàndard

És el servei de lliurament utilitzat per als articles categoritzats com a "paqueteria", definits en l'apartat anterior "terminis d'enviament".

En el moment de la recollida de la mercadería per part de l'empresa logística, rebràs un correu electrònic amb la informació de seguiment de la comanda i amb la data prevista de lliurament. També seràs informat per correu electrònic el mateix matí en què es posa en repartiment, així que estigues atent al teu correu electrònic.

Podràs modificar el dia de lliurament, afegir dades a l'adreça o triar que sigui dipositat en un punt Parcel Shop / Access Point des del mateix correu de l'empresa de transport una vegada la teva comanda estigui en trànsit. Et recomanem que ens ho comuniquis a nosaltres també i ens posarem en contacte amb l'empresa logística per confirmar la teva sol·licitud.

No és possible realitzar lliuraments amb cita prèvia, per la qual cosa et recomanem que triïs l'adreça de lliurament en funció de: bé de la teva disponibilitat física, o bé d'alguna persona de confiança que estarà en el punt de lliurament. La lliurament es realitzarà a peu de carrer, és a dir, a la porta de la teva casa o a la porta principal de l'edifici.

Mercaderia voluminosa

Per garantir que la teva comanda arribarà en les millors condicions, certs productes categoritzats com "voluminosos" requereixen ser lliurats amb una companyia de transports especialitzada.

En el moment de la recollida de la mercaderia per part de l'empresa logística, rebràs un correu electrònic amb la informació de seguiment de la comanda i amb la data prevista de lliurament. També seràs informat per correu electrònic i telèfon el mateix dia que es posi en repartiment.

El lliurament d'aquests productes inclou la pujada* del teu producte fins a la porta de casa en els enviaments nacionals.

*Servei disponible només per a Espanya peninsular i Balears, en la resta de països la lliurament es realitza a peu de carrer.

Servei especial de pujada a domicili

Per als productes que no compleixen el mínim de pes o mesures catalogats com a voluminosos, i que per tant són paqueteria, tenim un servei disponible de lliurament a domicili.

Contractant aquest servei, el producte t'ho lliuraran just a l'habitació que triïs. El transportista et trucarà per confirmar la teva disponibilitat. El termini de lliurament per a aquest tipus de servei és de 5-10 días hábiles desde que la teva comanda és recollida i té un cost de 40€ per article.

Per sol·licitar-ho hauràs d'enviar un correu electrònic a tienda@hannun.com un cop hagis realitzat la comanda perquè puguem modificar a temps el tipus d'enviament. Et recordem que si la comanda ja ha estat enviada, no es podrà sol·licitar el canvi de mètode d'enviament.

Aquest servei només es pot contractar per a enviaments a Espanya.

How to earn points?

There are several ways to earn points, including placing orders, referring friends, following us on Instagram or Facebook, signing up for our newsletter, writing a review, celebrating your birthday, and donating to a charitable cause.

When you make a purchase at Hannun, your points will be put in a verification status (Pending). Within 20 days, these points will be added to your counter, as long as the order hasn't been cancelled.

How to redeem points?

To redeem your points, simply log in to your Hannun account and visit the Hannun Rewards section. From there, you can choose the reward you want to redeem based on the number of points you've accumulated. A unique and personal code will be generated, which you'll need to enter at the time of purchase.

Please note that points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Question 34

How are refunds processed?

If we need to collect the product from your home, the pickup will be arranged through REVER, a reverse logistics company we collaborate with (click here to learn more). REVER will process the refund to your bank account a few days after the pickup is requested.

If we do not collect the product or it hasn’t been shipped yet, we will immediately refund the original payment method, and the money will be credited to your account within 2 to 8 business days after the refund is issued.

Lastly, if the order isn’t delivered due to a transportation issue, the refund will be processed once we have confirmation, and you will receive the amount within 2 to 8 business days.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if all items are returned

Returns due to withdrawal.

When returning a product due to withdrawal, the return shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless you cancel your order before it is shipped; in that case, the full shipping cost will be refunded.

Com guanyar punts?

Guanyaràs punts cada vegada que facis una comanda, ens recomanis a un amic, ens segueixis a Instagram o Facebook, t'inscriguis a la nostra newsletter o escriguis una ressenya. A més, guanyaràs punts al teu aniversari i per donar més de 10 euros a una causa benèfica.

Sempre que facis una compra a Hannun, els teus punts passaran a un estat de verificació (Pendent). En un termini de 20 dies, aquests punts se sumaran al teu comptador, sempre que no hagis cancel·lat la comanda.

Com bescanviar els punts?

Per bescanviar els punts has d'entrar al teu compte Hannun i dirigir-te a la secció de Hannun Rewards. Pots triar la recompensa que vulguis bescanviar segons els punts que tinguis acumulats. Es generarà un codi únic i personal que hauràs d'introduir al moment de fer la compra.

Els punts caduquen als 12 mesos sense fer cap tipus d'activitat.

What is the Rewards Points Program?

With the Hannun Points Program, available only in Spain, you can earn points and get discounts on your future purchases. You will earn points every time you place an order, refer a friend, follow us on Instagram or Facebook, subscribe to our newsletter, or write a review. Additionally, you will earn points on your birthday and for donating more than 10 euros to a charitable cause.

When you make a purchase at Hannun, your points will be put in a verification status (Pending). Within 20 days, these points will be added to your counter, as long as you haven't canceled the order.

To redeem your points, simply log in to your Hannun account and visit the Hannun Rewards section. From there, you can choose the reward you want to redeem based on the number of points you've accumulated and a unique code will be generated that you must enter at the time of purchase.

Remember that points expire after 12 months if you don’t redeem them!

Si necessites la factura de la teva comanda només has d'enviar-nos un correu a tienda@hannun.com amb les dades fiscals necessàries i te l'enviarem com més aviat millor. Recorda especificar el número de comanda que trobaràs en el correu de confirmació.

Can I change the shipping address?

Accepted Answer

It will only be possible if your order has not yet been shipped. If you want to change the delivery address of your order, you just have to fill out the contact form with the request reason “Modify my order” indicating your order number and the new address.

In case you need to make a change in the address but your order has already been shipped, you will have to do it yourself from the confirmation email from GLS / UPS ("manage my shipment"), or the transport company in charge of your shipment . We won't be able to change anything anymore!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Spain and Portugal (standard shipping): 2-3 business days from pickup
Spain and Portugal (bulky items): 5-7 business days
International (standard shipping): 4-5 business days
International (bulky items): 7-14 business days

Important Note: Do not worry if the tracking of your shipment does not show any progress during the phase of ‘Collection of the product from our warehouse to the Logistics Platform’. This may be because the product is still pending collection or in initial transit. Once the product is in the third stage, i.e. ‘delivery to final address’, you will see corresponding updates in the tracking.

There are two finishes available for microcement products: Off-white and Grey. As with the Hannun finishes, we have a sample of finishes that you can purchase from the following link: Marlot's finishing, which can be discounted from the total of your purchase if you place an order of more than 250€.

Com que sabem que de vegades és difícil comprar alguna cosa sense veure-ho prèviament, oferim totes les facilitats per fer qualsevol canvi o devolució en cas que canviïs d'idea.

What is REVER?

REVER is our logistics partner responsible for returns that require product collection.

They will contact you within 48 hours from the moment we inform you that your request has been accepted and will issue the refund via bank transfer once the collection has been arranged.

This is why we request your IBAN; as an external company to Hannun, they need this information to process the return.

We understand that the security of your data is a priority, so we want to assure you that the IBAN is secure and unique information that only allows for refunds to be processed; it cannot be used for any other purpose without your explicit authorization.

If you need to change the address, date, or time slot for the collection, you can do so through the returns portal or by replying to the confirmation email you will have received.

Can I change the delivery date?

If you want the delivery date of your order to be later than the one indicated in your confirmation email, you can fill out the contact form with the request reason “Modify my order” indicating your order number and the new date from the which one do you want to receive your order.

Remember that this will only be possible if your order has not yet been sent, and it is only possible to request a later date, never an earlier one.

In case you need to indicate a date other than the expected one but your order has already been shipped, you will have to do it yourself from the confirmation email from GLS / UPS ("manage my shipment"), or the transport company in charge of your shipment. We won't be able to change anything anymore!

The delivery date that you will see at the time of purchase is approximate taking into account the production time and shipping time of that specific product. Ultimately, this date will depend on the logistic company, so it will be them who via email or SMS message will inform you of the expected delivery date of each of your shipments.

Can I order a custom product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customizations, but we’d love to help you find what you need. Please let us know what you’re looking for by filling out the contact form and selecting “Product Inquiry” as the reason for your request. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Our furniture is handmade, and each piece is designed with exact measurements by our designers and artisans. The production process is more complex than it may seem. First, our designers create the plans, which are then approved and crafted by the artisans. Each prototype goes through quality and safety checks. Often, what initially seems perfect on paper requires adjustments once we see the finished piece. For this reason, any modification involves too great an operational change, and due to the volume of orders and our company’s size, we cannot accommodate customizations.

Customizations are only possible if you wish to purchase a large quantity of the same product. In that case, please contact us so we can guide you through the process.

What does the standard delivery service include?

It is the delivery service used for items categorized as "parcels" and will be delivered by UPS or GLS, depending on specific internal requirements.

Once the logistics company picks up your order, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Additionally, on the day your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email so you can stay informed. From that email, you can reschedule the delivery date, add details to the address, or select a Parcel Shop/Access Point to pick up your order.

Please note that deliveries are made to the street level, so we recommend choosing an address where you or someone you trust can receive it. Scheduling deliveries by appointment is not possible.

Can I cancel the order (or part of it)?

The order can be canceled only in the event that the shipping label has not been created and the order has not been shipped. You can request it by filling out the contact form, with the request subject “Modify my order” indicating your order number.

If the order has already been sent and you want to cancel it, you must wait to receive it and process the return through the return form.

What can I do if a product is not available?

We know that there are products that may not be available at this time. They may be items from an external supplier to Hannun, and we cannot guarantee the date they will be back in stock.

You can click on "Notify me when available," which you will find on each out-of-stock product page, and we will send you an email as soon as it is available again.

Question 50

Why haven't all the items arrived together?

It is normal to receive orders partially. This is due to:

Partial Shipments: Products are shipped as they become ready, without waiting for the entire order to be complete.
Different Origins: Each item may be shipped from different locations, depending on the artisan and their availability, which can result in separate deliveries.
Transportation Organization: The shipping company may schedule separate deliveries based on the weight, size, or location of the products, even if they left on the same day.

Delivery Timeframe: If it hasn’t arrived yet, please be patient; your order is in process. We will inform you by email of any issues.
Delays: If the delivery timeframe has passed, there may be a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances in artisanal production. You will receive automatic emails with new delivery dates based on information from our suppliers and other factors.

How are bulky goods orders handled?

Products classified as "bulky items" are shipped through a specialized transport company to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Once the carrier picks up the goods, you will receive an email with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. On the delivery day, you will also receive a phone call.

If you notice any damage to the product or packaging at the time of delivery, it is essential that this is noted on the delivery slip.

For these products, delivery includes carrying the order up to your doorstep within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

For international deliveries, the items are delivered to the street level. If you would like the product to be carried up to your home, you must contact us through the contact form, and we will provide the necessary information to arrange this service. The cost is €100 per item, and it must be requested before the shipment is processed.

Additionally, please note that the product will be delivered on a pallet, and if you wish to return it, it must also be returned on a pallet.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we sell exclusively through our website, and while we have a network of local workshops where we make our products, they are not open to the public.

Can I change my tax details?

Accepted Answer

No, it is not possible to modify your tax details once the order has been placed. This is because the declaration of invoices is done through the Immediate Information System (SII). Once the invoice has been declared to the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), we cannot add or modify any data. Please ensure that all information provided is correct at the time of purchase. We can only send you the invoice with the details we have.
