#HannunCorners | Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1.- Organising company

Hannun S.A., with NIF A67120683 ( hereafter Hannun) with registered office at Passeig del Pla 30 A, 08230 Matadepera (Barcelona) registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona, volume 46189, folio 171, page B-512434, is holding a competition among all users who publish a post on their Instagram account with Hannun products, mentioning and tagging @hannunbcn and using the hashtag #hannuncorners.

2.- Purpose of the contest and prize

On 07/06/2022, Hannun will start a UGC contest at 12:00 (Spanish time) on the Instagram profile @hannunbcn. There will be a user content competition in which the company will select the semi-finalists and the Instagram community will select the finalists and winner. The prize is a €100 card to spend on the Hannun website. There can only be a unique winner with a unique prize, which will be the person selected through a voting system like a poll in the Instagram stories of 30/06/2022 in the profile of @hannunbcn.

3.- Participants

All natural persons over 18 years of age and residents of the following European Union countries may participate: Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Latvia, Andorra, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Poland and Hungary. Employees of Hannun are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

4.- Receipt of the product

The prize in the form of a discount code will be sent to the email address provided by the user. Hannun reserves the right to request personal data including full name and telephone number in order to ensure the correct mailing to the winner.

5.- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion. All followers or non-followers of @hannunbcn who participate and publish a post with Hannun furniture mentioning the brand and with the hashtag #hannuncorners will enter the competition and it will be understood that they accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, so that only in the event that they expressly state that they do not accept the Terms and Conditions will the participant be excluded from the competition and Hannun will be released from the obligation to deliver the €100 card.

Likewise, participation implies acceptance of the rules of Instagram and other platforms where this promotion is disseminated.

6.- Date of the competition

The contest will start on Tuesday 7 June 2022 at 12.00 (Spanish time) and will end on Thursday 30 June 2022 at 18.00 (Spanish time). The winner will be announced through a completely organic story at the established time. The contest dynamics and winners will be saved in a highlight on the @hannunbcn account for later consultation.

7.- Mechanics of the contest

The prize of €100 card to spend on the Hannun website will be awarded to the user through poll-style voting in the stories. The four semi-finalists will be selected by the brand's social media team. From these semi-finalists, the last two finalists will be decided by the Instagram community through a poll and the same with the ultimate winner. The €100 card provided by Hannun will be awarded to the user in the form of a competition in which the final selection will be made by the Instagram community itself.

For the win to be valid and for the user to receive the product, they will have to: follow Hannun on their Instagram profile @hannunbcn, publish a post on their account featuring Hannun products. They must also mention @hannunbcn, tag @hannunbcn and use the hashtag #hannuncorners in the description.

On 30/06/2022 the social media team will start the competition and confirm that all the requirements have been satisfied by checking the information provided by the Instagram platform itself. A few minutes later, the name of the winner will be announced in a story.

8.- Property rights over the images

By participating in this contest the user gives consent to Hannun to use the content generated for the website and social media of @hannunbcn. More information about intellectual property on user-generated content can be found here: https://getflowbox.com/terms/

9.- Contact with the winner

The user who wins the competition will receive a message via Instagram where he/she will be asked for his/her email address, full name and telephone number in order to receive his/her €100 gift card. In the aforementioned message, the winner will be asked to expressly accept this condition and the prize and, if necessary, proof of identity. The winner must accept the prize in its entirety. In the event of forfeiture of the prize, the winner may not transfer the prize to a third party. If the winner renounces the prize or does not respond within 7 calendar days, the prize will be declared void. Hannun reserves the right to declare the prize void in the event that the winning participants do not meet the requirements mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

The names and surnames of the winner may also be published on Facebook and Instagram. The winner and the participants in the prize draw accept that their name and/or profile photograph may be published on any of Hannun's Social Networks, in accordance with the provisions of point 12 of these Terms and Conditions.

9.- Fiscal

The prize of this Promotion is subject to the provisions of the Personal Income Tax regulations and other applicable tax regulations.

10.- Other general conditions

Hannun reserves the right to modify the conditions of this Promotion at any time, including its possible cancellation before the date of the contest, provided that there is a justified cause, and undertakes to communicate the new bases, conditions or, if applicable, the definitive cancellation sufficiently in advance.

In the event that Hannun has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the prize contest, it may, at its discretion, eliminate the non-compliant participant from the contest. Hannun reserves the right to take legal action against any person who engages in any act that could be considered a manipulation or misrepresentation of the contest. The Rules shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, Hannun and the participants of this Promotion submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.

During the period of validity of the Promotion, interested parties may contact Hannun through the Instagram profile @hannunbcn, through the contact section of the Hannun website (https://hannun.com/pages/contacto), on Hannun's Facebook wall, or any other channel.

11.- Processing and protection of personal data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD), we inform you that the personal data provided for participation in the prize draw will be processed by Hannun, in its capacity as Data Controller, whose address is stated at the beginning of these terms and conditions. The data provided by the participant is collected for the purpose of managing the participation in this draw and in case of winning, contact you to notify you of the result and the corresponding prize, verify that the prize has been obtained in a lawful manner, that the participation complies with the rules, publish your personal data (including image) as the winner in any of our social networks, and send you the prize acceptance document to be completed. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except to those suppliers who provide a service related to this contest and, in any case, will process the data on behalf of the data controller. The personal data provided will be kept for the period necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes described, as well as, where appropriate, for the fulfilment of contractual obligations and the claiming of the relevant legal responsibilities. Once the aforementioned period has expired, the data will be deleted.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent to participate and to accept the legal terms and conditions of the competition. Your consent will also be the legal basis for sending information about future promotions and advertising, promotional and commercial communications. Participants have the right to access their personal data subject to processing, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in addition to exercising the right to oppose and limit the processing and the right to data portability. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). Participants must notify Hannun of any modification that may occur in the data provided, being responsible in any case for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided at all times. Hannun reserves, without prejudice to any other actions that may correspond to it, the right not to register and/or deregister those users who provide false and incomplete data. The participant guarantees that he/she has the appropriate consent of the persons labelled or whose personal data he/she provides in the comments and publications, as well as that they have been informed about the processing of their personal data and are aware of the present terms and conditions. Hannun shall be exonerated from any possible liability in this regard.
