FAQs
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You'll earn points every time you place an order, refer a friend, follow us on Instagram or Facebook, sign up to our newsletter, or write a review. You'll also earn points on your birthday and for donating more than €10 to a charitable cause.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
Log in to your account and after finalising your order you'll be able to use the points you've accumulated from your previous purchases.
WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points expire after 12 months if there’s been no activity.
HOW DO I LEVEL UP?
Everyone who registers for Hannun Rewards will automatically be awarded Bronze level. Those who have spent more than €300 on Hannun will automatically upgrade to Silver level, while Gold level is reserved for those who have spent more than €1,000.
CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS DIRECTLY?
Whenever you make a Hannun purchase, your points will go to a verification status (Pending). Within 20 days, these points will be added to your counter, as long as you haven't cancelled the order.
HOW DO I LEAVE HANNUN REWARDS?
Now that would really make us sad. But if you do want to abandon the programme, you just have to send an email to tienda@hannun.com.
