1. General terms and conditions
These General Conditions of Sale (the "Conditions") apply to the sale of all HANNUN products.
Please read these conditions carefully before placing your order with HANNUN S.A. ("HANNUN"), since by placing your order you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Registration with HANNUN is free of charge. You will have access to your personal data using a password and you can change your data at any time.
You are not obliged to register and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The information we receive when you register is completely confidential and only HANNUN will have access to the data and it will be subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.
2. Pre-contractual information
These general contracting conditions together with, where applicable, any specific conditions that may be established, will expressly regulate the relationships arising between HANNUN S.A., with registered office at Carrer de la Conca de Barberà, 18 (Polígono Pla de la Bruguera) 08211 - Castellar del Vallès, Barcelona, with N.I.F. number A67120683, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, volume 46189, folio 171, page B-512434 and the Clients who contract the Products offered through the Website: https://hannun.com/
These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, specifically Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Law 59/2003, of December 19, on electronic signature and any other applicable legal provisions.
The use and/or acquisition of HANNUN products, whose characteristics are described on the HANNUN website, hereinafter referred to as the "Products", implies acceptance as a Client, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these General Conditions, as well as the Specific Conditions that, where applicable, govern the acquisition.
HANNUN informs that the procedures to carry out the acquisition of the Products are those described in these General Conditions, as well as any other specific ones that are indicated on the screen while browsing our website, so that the Client declares to know and accept said procedures as necessary to access the Products offered on the Website.
Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by the Clients during navigation will be possible and must be carried out according to the instructions included on the Website.
The Products offered on the Website, along with their characteristics and price, will appear on the screen. We try to show the physical characteristics of the Products as accurately as possible, but it should be taken into account that the quality, configuration and resolution of the computer monitor may influence the perception of colors, so there may be some slight color difference between the actual product and that reflected on the screen. At Hannun our products are handcrafted and each piece has its own unique detail. Therefore, our products may contain minor imperfections and some specificities that make each piece unique. We do not offer returns for these types of specificities since they are part of the design and the authenticity of our products. Please take this circumstance into account before purchasing.
Notwithstanding the above, if the product has a serious defect that prevents it from meeting the objective and/or subjective requirements demanded by law, you must contact Hannun as soon as possible, and request the return of the defective product. For quality reasons, we ask that you attach a photograph of the serious defect in the product along with the return request.
The products offered at RASTRO HANNUN are products that we have used in showrooms, prototypes or products that have been returned, that have some defect or are slightly damaged, which are sold at a lower price with the discounts advertised on screen. RASTRO HANNUN Products are subject to the same conditions of sale as any other Product, including the right of withdrawal and the after-sales guarantee, in this case under the terms set forth in condition 7. However, RASTRO HANNUN Products are unique, so we cannot replace them. In the event of a return, we will refund the price of the product under the terms set forth in condition 6.2.
While we strive to ensure that the information appearing on our website is complete, occasionally the packaging and materials of the Products may contain additional or different information than that shown on our website. The components may also change. We recommend that you do not stop to read only the information available on our website, but that, before use, you also carefully read the labeling, warnings and instructions that accompany the product.
HANNUN reserves the right to decide at any time which Products it offers to Customers through its Website. Thus, HANNUN may at any time include new products or modify those included on the Website, it being understood, unless otherwise provided, that such Products will be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions in force at that time. Furthermore, HANNUN reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the Products offered on the Website.
Returns of products that have special discounts or a coupon code at the time of purchase will be made taking into account that amount, and not the amount that would result if the application of the discount or coupon code was not there.
Availability and substitutions
Hannun aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through www.hannun.com. However, in the event that any of the requested products are not available, making it impossible to deliver in a timely manner, the customer will be informed within 48 business hours of placing the order.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, Hannun will alternatively offer a product with similar characteristics at no increase in price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject by exercising their right of withdrawal and consequently the termination of the contract.
In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the customer rejects replacement products, Hannun will refund you within 48 business hours of the consumer's decision.
Customizations
Only customizations will be possible on microcement products. If you are interested, please contact us through our contact form and let us know your needs. We will consult with our artisan to determine the requested customization and price. Please note that custom designs can take 35-40 business days to complete, depending on volume. It's a slower process than purchasing from our main collection, but we believe it's worth the wait for something completely unique. Because this is a one-of-a-kind product created especially for you, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
3. Purchase procedure
3.1 Registration
To purchase the Products, HANNUN requests that you register, for which you must be of legal age (18 years old) and have the legal capacity to act. You must complete the forms that appear on the screen and specifically: (i) fully complete the electronic form that appears on the Website at any time, following the instructions indicated therein; (ii) click on the "ACCEPT THE PRIVACY POLICY" icon/button; and (iii) receive confirmation of your acceptance of the registration in your email account. All personal data provided will be used by HANNUN in compliance with current data protection regulations.
The login and password provided to HANNUN are identifying and enabling elements for accessing and making the purchase and are personal and non-transferable. The login cannot be modified, but the password can, in which case the modified keys will lose their validity.
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying them that the process has been completed successfully. However, Hannun reserves the right to review each order placed online to correct possible errors, even after the customer has received the corresponding confirmation email.
In the event that an error is detected, Hannun undertakes to contact the customer within the following 48 business hours after placing the order to correct the error according to the company's availability. Hannun undertakes to act in good faith and to minimize any harm to the customer in such correction.
4. Shipping and delivery
4.1 Shipping Price
The price of shipping the Product to your home depends on the quantity, weight, and shipping area. This cost will be clearly identified on the website at the time of confirming the purchase of the Product.
For shipments within the European Union, the shipping price includes all associated costs, including applicable customs duties and taxes.
For shipments outside the European Union, Hannun will cover the cost of shipping and general customs costs known at the time of shipment. However, any additional costs arising from specifications outside Hannun (such as local restrictions, additional fees, or taxes specific to the destination country) must be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns made under the right of withdrawal or for reasons of the customer's own that are beyond the responsibility of Hannun. In such cases, Hannun will offer the collection service according to the rates available in point 6.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial returns. In order to receive a refund of shipping costs for reasons attributable to Hannun, the entire order must be returned.
4.2 Delivery
HANNUN undertakes to deliver the Product you have purchased to the address indicated on the order form, as soon as possible. The delivery time will be confirmed in the purchase confirmation email mentioned in section 3.2 of these General Conditions.
All our Products leave our facilities with the packaging in perfect condition. We recommend that you always check that the merchandise has been delivered in perfect condition. If you notice any damage to the packaging, it is advisable to note "damaged packaging" or similar on the carrier's delivery note, in order to be able to make a claim later. Otherwise, it will be understood that the product has been received in adequate conditions.
In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to the absence of the customer, incorrect information provided for delivery, lack of response from the customer or other circumstances attributable to the customer, we understand that the customer waives receiving their product, thus exercising their right of withdrawal, with all its effects. In these cases, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and the return costs associated with the withdrawal will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If you receive a defective product, you have a period of 48 hours from receipt to report the incident to Hannun, whether due to production defects or damage occurred during transport. To guarantee quality, we ask that you attach a photograph of the defect in the product along with the return request.
No claims will be accepted after the 48-hour period.
4.3. Delivery times
The delivery times for the Products, in working days, will be those confirmed in the confirmation message of receipt of your order, except for transport problems beyond the control of HANNUN.
HANNUN will do everything possible to respect these deadlines; however, any delay due to transport problems beyond the control of HANNUN will not imply the cancellation of the order or give rise to any compensation.
4.4. Deliveries outside the EU territory
If you place an order to be delivered to a country or territory outside the European Union, Hannun will be responsible for the cost of transport and general customs costs known at the time of shipment. However, any additional costs due to the payment of customs duties, tariffs, or taxes specific to the destination country, arising from local specifications or restrictions beyond Hannun's control, will be borne by you.
As the buyer and importer of the Products, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country. HANNUN has no control over such additional costs, and it is not possible to predict their amount. Therefore, we advise you to contact the appropriate customs office for information on import restrictions applicable to certain products. If you fail to pay the applicable import taxes, the merchandise may be detained by customs, and refunds will not be accepted in such cases.
5. Price and payment method
5.1. Price
The purchase prices in effect at the time the order is placed are those shown on the screen. The prices will indicate the Value Added Tax (VAT).
However, purchases made by residents of non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT and subject to the payment of the applicable import tax. Customs clearance costs and import taxes are included in the price of the Product and in the shipping price.
In general, any taxes, duties, duties and brokerage fees incurred as a result of the purchase of the Product, as well as any other expenses arising from it, will be your responsibility.
Prices are shown in EUROS, and will be invoiced and collected in this currency.
5.2. Payment Method
When you add the Product to the 'Shopping Cart', the amount of said product including VAT will appear on the screen or, if the purchase is exempt from said tax, said exemption will be automatically considered based on the personal data entered by you, once you have confirmed the order. Payment for the price of the purchased Product and the shipping costs, which will appear on the screen, can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or payment through Klarna. To proceed with payment, you must follow each and every one of the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the following information, if made by credit or debit card: a) type of card; b) name and surname of the cardholder; c) card number; c) expiration date; d) as well as any other information required on the screen.
As an electronic payment system, HANNUN has installed an e-commerce payment gateway that has been contracted with a banking entity. All data provided for this purpose is encrypted to ensure maximum security.
In order to offer you Klarna payment methods, we may pass on your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna during the checkout process. This data can be used by Klarna to assess your eligibility for its payment methods and to adapt the payment options available to you. Your transferred personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy notice.
5.3. SSL Protocol
Browsing and purchasing on the website are carried out using the SSL protocol, thus providing both the customer and HANNUN with the highest standards of confidentiality and security in communications.
This protocol is universally supported by the main browsers and guarantees (i) the identity of the recipient of your data (no impersonation of the seller), (ii) the confidentiality of the information provided and (iii) the integrity (no manipulation) of the information provided.
Furthermore, HANNUN states that under no circumstances does it store the data provided by users through the payment gateway, and that they are only kept while the purchase is made, payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed. In order to provide greater security to credit card owners, a three-digit number has been included on your cards that serves as an identification code to verify the physical presence of the card during online transactions. This three-digit number appears printed on the back of your card (in the signature area), immediately after the card number. In order to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, these control digits will be requested to validate the transaction.
5.4. Invoice
If an invoice is required, it must be requested through the contact form. HANNUN will issue an invoice for each shipment, which will be provided electronically and sent to the email address you have provided. We can only send the invoice with the tax information provided at the time of purchase. This information cannot be changed (such as changing from an individual to a company or adding a VAT/Tax ID) once the invoices have been declared.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal period
If you are contracting with Hannun as a consumer or user, and in the cases provided for by law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. In the event that you exercise this right, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the product, or to a purchase voucher for the amount of the returned product + an additional 5% to spend in our store, deducting the return costs associated with the right of withdrawal.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in perfect condition and properly packaged with the original labels. After 14 calendar days from the purchase of the product without having informed Hannun of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it may no longer be exercised.
If your order is received with any damage or defect, you have 48 hours from receipt to report the incident.
Hannun reserves the right to refuse a return if all of the above conditions are not met. In these cases, you will be notified by email that your order is not returnable, stating the reasons.
The date of receipt is understood to be the date of delivery of the Products by the logistics company (or the receipt of the last Product, component or part in the case of delivery of a Product composed of multiple components or parts). In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be required to provide proof of purchase of the Products.
*We are extending the return period so you can get ahead on your Christmas shopping. All products purchased in our online store between December 1 and 31 may be returned until January 15.
Custom designs and measurements are not eligible for return unless the package has arrived damaged and you notify us within 48 hours of receipt to report any incident.
6.2 Communication
If you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform HANNUN within 14 days following receipt of the Products and sending your request through the contact form. HANNUN will confirm receipt of your request in writing and provide details on how to proceed with the return.
6.3 Return Management
You may manage the return yourself or use HANNUN's service.
a/ Independent Management
In the event of managing the return, you must return the Products to HANNUN or any other person designated by HANNUN at the address indicated below, without undue delay, and always within five (5) calendar days following confirmation of the request that we have sent you.

It is essential that you return the product in its original packaging or other packaging that guarantees maximum protection of the product, including all accessories and indicating, in the packaging, the return code that we will provide to you.
If you choose the independent management option, you will fully and exclusively assume the costs of returning the Products. Hannun is not responsible for damage or loss of the product during transport, which is why we recommend that you take out insurance to cover these possible incidents. If you receive the product damaged or if you do not receive the product, we will not be able to refund you.
b/ HANNUN offers a return service for the Products. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
It is essential that you return the product in its original packaging or other packaging that guarantees maximum protection of the product, including all accessories and indicating, on the packaging, the return code that we will provide to you.
The costs of returning the products are calculated based on the price of the product, according to the following table. Neither shipping costs paid for the original order nor discounts applied through coupons will be taken into account in this calculation. Only the reduced price will be taken into account for those products that already had a discount applied on the website.

These return costs will be deducted from your final refund. For example, if the return takes place in Spain and the price of the product is €180, the cost of the return will be €27, so your refund will be €153.
Regardless of the return management method chosen by the customer, items returned that are incomplete, damaged, or without the necessary information for their correct treatment will not be fully refunded. The corresponding refund will be determined by HANNUN, as established in the following clause 6.4.
6.4 Effects of withdrawal
HANNUN will refund you the price of the product, deducting the return costs, which will not be refunded, as well as the shipping costs of the initial order. In the case of a partial return, the proportional shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded either.
Likewise, if you have chosen to send the initial order with a supplementary payment (for example: express courier) HANNUN will not refund said supplement.
Upon receipt of the Products at its facilities, HANNUN will verify the condition of the returned Products:
- If the Product arrives in optimal conditions and in its original condition (with the return code, without damage and with all its accessories), the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 business days following the date of your withdrawal request.
However, except in the management cases provided for in clause 6.3.b, HANNUN may withhold the refund until it has received the Products, or until you have presented proof of the return of the Products, whichever condition is met first.
- If the Product arrives without return code information, without all the accessories or with damage caused by handling other than transport, HANNUN will assess the loss in value of the product and will inform the customer of the amount of the refund, which will be made within the same period of 14 business days.
In order to avoid Any disagreement regarding the amount to be refunded, we advise you to take photos before having the product packaged (where the condition of the product and accessories can be seen) and once the product is packaged (where the packaging is optimal and the return code is marked). HANNUN will use the same payment methods that you used for the initial purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.
7. Incident resolution and compensation policy
7.1 Incidents
In the event of an incident, Hannun will provide the client with various solution options, which will be subject to the type of incident in question. The client will be free to choose a single solution from those offered, according to their preferences.
Once the client has selected one of the solutions proposed by Hannun, they will have 48 hours to request a modification and a different solution. After this period, the solution cannot be altered. However, in cases where Hannun has established good faith solutions for incidents related to transportation or internal inventory management, the customer will retain the right to change the solution and opt for an alternative other than the one established by Hannun, as long as such preference is feasible and executable by Hannun.
Furthermore, please note that not all solutions will be available for all incidents, so the Customer Service team will determine, after evaluating the specific case, the solutions applicable to it.
After 15 days from receiving your incident request, if we do not receive a response from you regarding the instructions to follow or the required documents, it will be automatically closed, without the possibility of reopening it or continuing with its processing.
In the case where two payment methods are used in an order, the original and therefore primary method will be considered the gift card. Therefore, in the case of requesting a partial refund for an order placed with two payment methods, Hannun reserves the right to refund only the payment on the gift card.
In the case of requesting a full refund for an order placed with two payment methods, the amount paid with a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card, while the part paid in cash will be refunded in cash. Purchases made with a gift card can never be refunded in cash.
7.2 Compensation policy for delay
In the event of experiencing delays in the production of products, Hannun, under its internal policies, will establish compensation through a discount code applicable to your next purchase, as long as the delay is greater than 15 calendar days (in relation to the expected delivery date) and for reasons not attributable to the transport agency. This delay does not include delays caused by reasons attributable to the customer. The amount of compensation is at Hannun's sole discretion, subject to its internal policies.
Any other compensation for delays requested by the client that differs from Hannun's policy will be reviewed internally. The determination of whether additional or different compensation is permissible will be the responsibility of the Customer Service team, not the client.
8. After-sales warranty
Without prejudice to the statutory rights of withdrawal, for a period of 3 years from delivery of the products in sales to individuals, HANNUN will be liable for manufacturing defects and/or lack of conformity that become apparent therein. In this case, you will have the right to request the repair or replacement of the Products unless one of these two options is impossible or, compared to the other corrective measure, entails disproportionate costs for the entrepreneur, taking into account all the circumstances, as well as whether the alternative corrective measure could be provided without major inconvenience to the consumer or user.
For sales to professionals through the B2B channel, the warranty will be 1 year from delivery of the product. The conditions of this guarantee will be identical to those of the sale to individuals, with the same exclusions for damages arising from improper use, negligence, improper handling or incorrect installation, and will not cover normal wear and tear or aesthetic alterations.
In order to assert your rights, you must notify HANNUN of the lack of conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the defects detected in the Products are obvious or visible, the maximum period to notify such incidents will be forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of the Product.
Hannun is not responsible and defects in the products due to damage caused by improper use or negligence of customers that have caused improper handling or incorrect installation are excluded from this guarantee.
Hannun is not responsible for alterations and aesthetic damage suffered by the products, which are due to normal wear and tear and aging of the furniture.
Nor will any defects or damage to the Products of the HANNUN FAIRGROUND (“Reuse Market”) be covered by this guarantee, which will appear detailed in the description of the same on the website, therefore having full knowledge of their condition prior to purchase.
All of the above will be subject to the terms and conditions expressly provided for in the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (“TRLGDCU”).
9. Our responsibility
HANNUN will not be liable for:
losses that were not attributable to any breach on its part;
indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time the contract for the sale of the Products was formed between us.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for misrepresentation or for death or personal injury attributable to our negligence or wilful misconduct.
HANNUN will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure is attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This provision does not affect your right to receive the product within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before dispatch of the Product, HANNUN will not charge you for the Product until it has been dispatched to you, in which case you may cancel the order at any time before dispatch.
10. Dispute resolution, jurisdiction, and applicable law
10.1. Internal dispute resolution mechanism
If the customer has any problems with the purchasing procedure, the product they have received is defective, or they wish to assert their post-sales warranty rights (see section 7), they can contact our team through the Customer Service department by sending an email to incidencias@hannun.com.
10.2. External dispute resolution mechanism
If, after having used HANNUN's internal dispute resolution mechanism, you are not satisfied with the solution we have offered you, we provide you with the following link, where you can access and use the European platform for consumer dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?consumer-question3=N&complaintType=1&event=main.complaints.new, in accordance with the provisions of art. 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, or request a complaint form directly from the following email address: incidencias@hannun.com.
Using this link, consumers can fill out a form (available in all official languages of EU bodies) and attach any supporting documentation for their complaint. Once the form is completed, the platform will give them the option to:
a) Contact the company again to try to resolve the dispute amicably by clicking on "Request a solution from the company."
The platform will notify the company of the request, and you can exchange messages through the platform's control panel. This process may take up to 90 days, and either party may withdraw from direct retention at any time. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the consumer may also:
b) Instruct a dispute resolution body to resolve the dispute by clicking on “Use a dispute resolution body.”
The platform will notify the company of the request, which must propose a list of dispute resolution bodies. Both parties will have 30 days to reach an agreement on the dispute resolution body that will handle their case and resolve the dispute. If this is the case, the applicable rules will become those of the dispute resolution body mutually agreed upon by the parties.
However, if within the aforementioned 30-day period there is no alternative agreement on the body that should resolve the dispute or complaint regarding the online sale, the case will be closed on the platform, and the consumer will receive information on other dispute resolution tools that may be available to them.
10.3. Legal Claim
If, despite this, it has not been possible to reach an agreement and/or satisfy you with our responses, you may proceed to file a claim through legal channels.
Furthermore, in the event of any dispute in legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
10.3.1. Applicable Law
In any case, these Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, expressly excluding the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11. Modification of sales terms
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies and these Conditions of Sale at any time.
You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time you place your order, unless, by law or at the request of public authorities, changes are required to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale (in which case, these changes may apply to any orders you have previously placed).
If any of these conditions is declared invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed to be severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
12. Waiver
In the event of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, and even if HANNUN may decide not to exercise any of its rights at that time, HANNUN may exercise such rights and remedies on any other occasion in which you may breach these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
